The Lord is great and greatly to be praised. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Sounds like the writer is being redundant but this is not so. The word troubled means to agitate,to take away calmness of mind to make restless. Although similar to afraid their is a difference because afraid dictates to be timid,fearful. So were ever you find yourself today just remember GREAT is the LORD, he'll see you through.
