My pepper plant needed new soil!! so instead of getting potting soil from wal-mart i got the real stuff. One day at work i got a big bag full of dirt and brought it home to replant Angus ( the name of my pepper plant. Something happen though a month latter my Angus had weeds all around him, so I just got finished weeding my planter guess i forgot that them old seeds from those weeds were still their . Just because I relocated the soil didn't mean that those seeds were gone. I guess I'll just have to do a little extra work now but my plant is really growing well. Y.F.T

In scripture their is a man named Lamech which is the fifth lineal decedent from Cain. Now lamech makes a statement in gen4:24 " If Cain shall be avenged sevenfold, truly Lamech seventy and sevenfold. In your face God, Cain was punished for killing one brother, Ive slain lets just see if God will avenge judgement on me more. Boastful, full of self and pride but lets remember that God would eventually repent that he made man and bring judgement in the form of a flood. As it was then so shall it be. Y.F.T

The word troubled means to agitate,to take away calmness of mind to make restless. Although similar to afraid their is a difference because afraid dictates to be timid,fearful. Since we are told that our lives, is as a story being told sometimes I just wonder about the end of the tale. What I mean is what irritating insignificant something will be able to steal a large portion of our happiness in this life. If we are able to look back on our lives and really see what was really happening. I wonder if we would live like we sometimes do.

Since a lot of times now days we are seeing churches try to use the business world as a model for their church,I just ran across something really neat maybe it will help . Their are four steps to decision making 1.define the problem 2.identify objectives 3.identify and analyze options 4.select the best option. In the second step is were we find solution's to a problem. We are either going to be dealing with quantitative (to buy at best price,increase net income)"but the problem with quantitative is that a lot of times you will negate quality". Or qualitative (to buy highest-quality components to increase satisfaction)"because the outcome will be of higher standard and quality". Have you ever bought a knockoff, you know something that in packaging looked like the real thing but wasn't. Even thou the customers that buy into the counterfeits realize that its not the real deal the charred still flourishes WHY!! well because the knockoff is cheaper and everyone around you will think you have the real deal but its really just fool gold. Y.F.T b.t.w satisfied people are productive, that's also a lesson learned from the business world.
