get what you give

This will be the first of a few thoughts that I will attempt to speak on. The bible says "do unto others as you would have them do unto you". The boomerang is a tool used for a variety of purposes, but there is one unique characteristic about the boomerang. When its thrown it comes back to the one who threw it. Just lately I've been eye witnessing to a person that threw a lot of boomerangs of hate, jealously, selfishness and so on, so all I have to do is stand back and watch this person crumble under the weight of what they heaped on their self. Lets really take it to heart that if you throw anger, gossip and there is a host of other ungodly junk that people get all wrapped up in, sooner or later it will come back with force and meet you FACE to FACE.

So true, while there is an exciting, faith building aspect of the boomerang principle / law of the harvest there is also those tragic times when people must face the harvest that they planted with their own seeds of hatred, discord, bitterness, etc.

Lately I've been on "You reap what you sow" - it has that same boomerang effect. But the boomerang, well it's quick! I too have been witnessing someone reaping - I'm trying to lead them to God because it's eating them up. I am thankful for repentance.
