figure it out
On 16 June 1858 Abraham Lincoln gave his immortal HOUSE DIVIDED speech, Which is derived from "Matt.12:25" which states "Ever kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself cannot stand". Of course we understand that this discourse is referring to slavery, But what does it say to you and I in 2008?

Well, we know how God feels about out unity - Psalm 133 comes to my mind right away.
On the Day of Pentecost, the Holy Ghost came - they were in unity.
God desires unity in every area of our lives.
Unity brings strength and peace.
Scripture is always right.
